Yamaha Accessories - Y.E.C. Racing R1

	Cylinder Head Gasket	Gasket thickness has been reduced for a higher compression ratio. At the same time, gasket durability and reliability have been improved. Standard = 0.60 mm. Fits '04-'05 R1

	Cylinder Base Gasket	Fits '04-'05 R1

	Intake Camshaft	Working angle and lift have been changed. (Standard = 268/7.55; Kit - 284/5.65)

	Exhaust Camshaft	Working angle and lift have been changed. (Standard = 276/8.0; Kit = 284/8.65)

	Valve Spring Set	This set is needed when increasing maximum rpm. Using this set with the igniter allows 12,300 rpm operation.

	Fuel Pressure Regulator	Maintains 1.5 times more fuel pressure than the stock regulator.

	Friction Plate Set	Uses a paper-base material instead of the stock cork for excellent clutch feel and durability. Set of 8 plates (enough for one machine). Use in combination with the Clutch Spring Kit.

	Clutch Spring Set	The spring rate is increased approximately 20%.

	Transmission Set	Racing gear ratios, interchangeable with stock gears to tune for track conditions.

	Wire Harness Assembly	Racing wire harness eliminates unneeded wiring to reduce weight, but still includes circuits (such as lighting) needed for endurance racing.

	E.C.U	Use with Valve Spring Set and Wire Harness Assembly.

	Igniter Unit Assembly	Use with Valve Spring Set and Wire Harness Assembly. Allows 12,000 rpm.

	High Throttle Set	The '98 - '01 set features special throttle cables. Grip assembly, girp cap, and special throttle cables are included on '02 - '03 set.

	R1 Kit Manual	Includes assembly instructions, tuning specifications, and wiring diagrams.
